I have to
second the opinion in the above post.
I had made a comment in another
thread that I wanted a pin pointer
and Chuck contacted me to find out
just what my needs were. than a
couple days later I got my new Vibra
Probe and it is worth it's weight in
gold. His service is the best and
you can buy with confidence from
Chuck. He was the first sponsor on
our great forum I have bought from
and I bet the others are great too
but he gets my heartfelt thanks for
that speedy transaction.

placed an order for some items through him on Monday and
received it today. He is one very knowledgeable and

I want to thank all who answered my Pleadings for help and the
others here who take the time to discuss this avocation. After considering all
input, reading other sites, I rethought my reasons for desiring to start this
new endeavor. I talked to several dealers. Hands down, Chuck of Treasure Hut won
out. He was helpful without making me feel I was as ignorant as I knew
I truly was. On Wednesday June 6, at 3:15 PM CST I ordered a Tesoro Cibola,
Killer B's Stinger headphones (will be hunting in SNAKE country) Rain cover, and
case. Well I told Chuck I needed the whole kit and kabootal before June 12 and
he assure me it would be here, in Northeast Louisiana, before then. Well I am
here to tell you it all arrived Friday June 8. I was out of my MIND, at least
according to my wife. This is
ONE Dealer who KNOWS his stuff and was Honest
to boot. Dummy me, had to call Chuck about the assembly and he was patient
and helped me. He can be assured HE is my dealer for all I need in this Hobby.
WELL, I AM ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Any one looking for help, and Fair Dealings, I WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND CHUCK at
TREASURE HUT.

Everything that Chuck states is absolutely true. I
recently purchased a detector from him and would like to
take the opportunity to state just how impressed I am
with his devotion to his customers. While I have for
the most part had bad experiences with detector dealers,
I found my experience with Chuck to be very pleasant. He
not only took the time to talk to me for a very long
while on the phone on his dime but also replied to
numerous emails that I sent to him asking for
information. Honesty and integrity says a lot for Chuck
and his knowledge speaks for itself. If you are going to
purchase a detector please give your business to Chuck,
you certainly will not be sorry, possibly shocked by
his above and beyond believe of willingness to continue
to help you after your purchase but definitely not
sorry. Thank you once again Chuck for the wonderful chat

New machine on the way, yaaahooooo
Ordered a new machine for water hunting, Called Chuck at
Treasure Hut, I had some questions.. Like always, he came
through with the education I needed to make my mind up.
I ordered a Tiger Shark.... from
Chuck. Thanks for all the help Chuck.... by the
way, he called the factory and had it dropped shipped to me
and it will be here in 4-5 days.... Christmas in May.....
I hope to be on Daytona Beach next weekend learning how to
operate it. There have been many people at the beach in the
last month. So maybe I will find something cool to show in
the Finds section.
Thanks again Chuck for all your help and your personal
service.

I bought a metal detector (second purchased from him) and had trouble understanding something very minor, but he spent time to e-mail me one Sunday afternoon and evening to walk me through the the proper steps. We must have sent six or seven e-mail messages, but he hung in there until I understood what I was doing wrong...that is devotion to a customer and is just another example why you should buy from a dealer rather than someplace like eBay
or the National Box House.

"I got my new detector from Chuck at Treasure Hut. I want to thank you all who
helped me with my choice. Having Chuck's help was so great. He knew just what I
needed for the conditions I am detecting in ( land, fresh & salt water ) Chuck's
service is great. The best service I have ever had when it comes to ordering
online and communication over the phone. Being that I live in Hawaii, I have
much experience in ordering from the mainland. Chuck is the best.
I set up the tiger shark in my yard and found some metal clips I lost a year
ago. I am going to have fun with my detector searching old Hawaiian trails and
the beaches. Thank you so much Chuck. Now get your self over here and warm up.
